You will be a customer-focused and energetic engineer, who wants to provide quality customer service, no matter the opportunity. You will be willing to pick up the phone for routine support calls, proactively picking up jobs from the queue, as well as getting involved in more complex tasks, which require planning. There will be onsite work with direct customer contact, as well a need for flexible working hours to support round the clock activities.
You will be required to meet SFIA level 3 Standards based upon Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience.
